Wales has most young drunks in Europe and USA

A new survey by the World Health Organisation puts Wales at the top of a list that found that more young Welsh people have been drunk at least twice by the age of 13 than anywhere else in Europe and North America.

More than 25% of those surveyed in Wales said they had been drunk at least twice by the age of 13 - a greater proportion than any other country in the survey. Scotland was second, while England was fourth.
