For full versions of posted research articles readers are encouraged to email requests for "electronic reprints" (text file, PDF files, FAX copies) to the corresponding or lead author, who is highlighted in the posting.

Recovery Happens
is the collaboration between private citizens, organizations, counties and the State Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs working together to promote the many successes of prevention, treatment and recovery programs and resources. Since 1994, Recovery Happens has been instrumental in enhancing the public's knowledge of the problem use of alcohol and other drugs in California; in promoting the success of California's diverse prevention/ intervention/ treatment and recovery programs and providers; and recognizing the extraordinary achievements of people in recovery.
