News: National Treatment Agency launches Treatment Outcomes Profile

The National Treatment Agency for Substance Misuse has launched a new instrument for monitoring treatment outcomes - the Treatment Outcomes Profile (TOP).

This is designed to to be used at the start of treatment and in care plan reviews and reported through the National Drug Treatment Monitoring System (NDTMS). It will improve clinical practice and performance monitoring by providing a focus on the effectiveness of drug treatment and nationally comparable data.
