For full versions of posted research articles readers are encouraged to email requests for "electronic reprints" (text file, PDF files, FAX copies) to the corresponding or lead author, who is highlighted in the posting.

It is with great sadness that I have to announce that Professor Griffith Edwards has died. Griffith was a towering figure in our field and he was active in the journal and filled with extra-ordinary intellectual and creative energy to the end. We will be setting up a number of projects to respect his memory and take his vision forward.
