In Russia, the legislation is even tighter; if drivers have any alcohol in their system, they're breaking the law. But from next week traffic laws will loosen a little, with a .03 blood alcohol limit coming into play. Critics of the amendment say it not only condones drink driving, but it will lead to even more road deaths in a country where traffic fatalities are already horrifically high. . . . . . .
