For full versions of posted research articles readers are encouraged to email requests for "electronic reprints" (text file, PDF files, FAX copies) to the corresponding or lead author, who is highlighted in the posting.

    The conference will be held at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine 21-23rd June 2013.

    Early Registration, an AGM of the Alcohol and Drugs History Society and an address from the President of the ADHS, Professor Scott Martin, will take place on the evening of 20th June.
