Focus on Foetal Alcohol Syndrome (FAS)

A number of members of the Global Alcohol Harm Reduction Network (GAHR-Net) recently noted the absence of any information on Foetal Alcohol Syndrome (FAS) – a specific alcohol-related harm to which harm reduction can be readily applied.
