Report on Activities in 2006Dear colleagues, friends and supporters, the second year of the existence of the Centre for Addictology at the Psychiatric Clinic of the 1st Faculty of Medicine and General Teaching Hospital, Charles University in Prague has passed and common everyday work has replaced the first wave of enthusiasm.
Only its results will prove the viability of the Centre, both from the point of view of the institution and from the point of view of the configuration and effectiveness of the working team. Nevertheless, the balance of the second year is very rich and I think that the results we have achieved already show that the good start was not accidental and that the high level of motivation and commitment of the team have helped us manage a number of troubles which are associated with every start.....
